En el próximo Presupuesto Nacional se incluirá la partida de cuarenta mil pesos moneda legal ($ 40,000) con destino a la compra del terreno determinado en el artículo anterior . Dicha cantidad se depositará en la Caja Nacional de Ahorros. Para el pago a los respectivos propietarios, de conformidad a la reglamentación de la presente Ley por el Organo Ejecutivo.
