FACULTAD PARA FIJARLOS. E l pago de los impuestos, anticipos y retenciones, deberá efectuarse dentro de los plazos que para tal efecto señale el Gobierno Nacional. En el caso de importaciones, el impuesto a las ventas se liquidará y pagará conjuntamente con la liquidación y pago de los derechos de aduana.
