Los Comandantes de Brigada, Unidad Táctica, Base Naval o Aérea y Unidades Destacadas, podrán suspender por razón de orden público, dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción y previa autorización de su Comandante Superior inmediato, transitoriamente y hasta por noventa (90) días, la vigencia de los salvoconductos para porte de armas, municiones y explosivos.
