Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar diseñarán y ejecutarán servicios de acogida en Colombia, para afiliados residentes en el exterior que decidan regresar al país, entre los cuales figurarán programas de reinserción laboral y capacitación, los que ejecutará en coordinación con la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo.
