Para conocer de las faltas por mala conducta de que trata el artículo 46 del Decreto 2277 de 1979 es competente la Junta Seccional de Escalafón sin perjuicio de las actividades de instrucción señaladas al Secretario Ejecutivo de la Junta en este mismo Decreto.
