º El artículo 12 del Decreto 1030 de 1985, quedará así: "Exceptúanse de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 2º de este Decreto y de las que establezcan los Alcaldes en ejercicio de la facultad que les confiere el artículo 1º del mismo, al personal de las Fuerzas Militares, de Policía, de los organismos de seguridad y a los agentes de tránsito, cuando estos últimos se encuentren en ejercicio de sus funciones".
