LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2º.- Ambito de aplicación. El presente decreto se aplicará a los organismos públicos de cualquier nivel, así como aquellos que teniendo naturaleza privada ejerzan por atribución legal funciones públicas de carácter administrativo, pero sólo en relación con estas últimas.
