Artículo único. Habilítanse las Administraciones de Correos de Garagoa y Labranzagrande para atender al servicio de giros postales, y se dispone que ,1a Administración General del ramo las provea de los fondos y de los formularios necesarios para el objeto. Comuníquese y publiques.
