Art.11. o El sello primero valdrá veinte i cuatro pesos, i servirá para extender los títulos, nombramientos o despachos de toda clase de empleados cuya renta anual, fija o eventual sea o exceda de dos mil pesos; incluso los de presentación del Arzobispo, Obispo i dignidades de las catedrales; para los títulos de privilejíos exclusivos que no sean de los comprendidos en el artículo 14.o de esta lei; i para las patentes de curso.
