INCORPORACIÓN. Por decisión de la asamblea general, podrán incorporarse a otra Asociación Mutual adoptando su denominación. En este evento la incorporada se disuelve sin liquidarse y su patrimonio se transfiere a la incorporante quien se subrogará en los derechos y obligaciones de la Asociación Mutual incorporada. La incorporación se adoptará por resolución de la asamblea general.
