Cuando el cómputo de las rentas presentado a la consideración del Congreso no se ajustare en un todo a las disposiciones de la presente Ley, la Cámara devolverá el proyecto para que se modifique en concordancia con tales disposiciones, lo cual se llevará a cabo por el Gobierno en el término prerentorio (sic) de ocho días; de lo contrario, la Cámara iniciará contra los empleados renuentes el juicio de responsabilidad a que hubiere lugar.
