" ARTICULO 1 2

"Cada una de las partes contratantes exigirá que para cada importación de las sustancias a que se refiere la presente Convención, se obtenga una autorización de importación distinta, la cual deberá expresar la cantidad que se vaya a importar, el nombre y la dirección del importador, y el nombre y la dirección del exportador.

"Las autorizaciones de importación expresarán además el plazo dentro del cual deberá hacerse la introducción de las sustancias, y podrán permitir su embarque en diversos envíos.
