ARTICULO 2.1.3.1.18 .- LIQUIDACION EN ESPECIE. En aso de liquidación definitiva de un fondo común de inversión, el administrador fiduciario podrá, previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria, pagar a los constituyentes y adherentes o a los beneficiarios designados por ellos el valor de los derechos que les correspondan en el respectivo fondo mediante la distribución en especie de los activos que lo integran, de acuerdo con el avalúo técnico que de los mismos se practique para el efecto.
