Cuando no se hubiere realizado la notificación, o esta fuere irregular, la exigencia legal se entiende cumplida, para todos los efectos, si el interviniente no reclama y actúa en diligencias posteriores o interpone recursos contra ellos o se refiere a las mismas o a su contenido en escritos o alegatos verbales posteriores.
