Si es vencido el poseedor, restituirá la cosa en el plazo fijado por la ley o por el juez, de acuerdo con ella; i si la cosa fue secuestrada, pagará el actor al secuestre los gastos de custodia i conservación, i tendrá derecho para que el poseedor de mala fe se los reembolse.
