Un ejemplar de los instructivos para el diligenciamiento del formulario deberá ser suministrado gratuitamente junto con el mismo. Las cámaras de comercio ofrecerán a los 70/141 INSTRUCCIONES A LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO proponentes, el diligenciamiento de los formularios a través de medios virtuales y la información requerida para que puedan realizar cualquiera de los trámites enunciados en el numeral anterior.
