Realizado el registro y efectuadas las publicaciones conforme al Capítulo II del presente decreto, cada sociedad de gestión colectiva deberá informar sobre tal hecho a las asociaciones y organizaciones de usuarios, con lo cual se entenderá iniciado el proceso de concertación.
