La Sección de Biblioteca tendrá como funciones la de velar por la clasificación, conservación y aumento de la misma; facilitar la consulta de los archivos, libros y demás impresos bajo su cuidado; efectuar las búsquedas y suministrar los informes que les solicite el Despacho del Ministro y las demás dependencias del Ministerio.
