Artículo sexto. Facúltase ampliamente al Gobierno Nacional para determinar los objetos, fines, atribuciones y funciones de cada uno de los Institutos creados por el presente Decreto, la distribución entre ellos del actual patrimonio de la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, su organización administrativa, fiscalización, exenciones y privilegios, y demás asuntos que requiera el cabal cumplimiento de este Decreto.
