Responsabilidad patrimonial de apoderados y ponderantes. Al apoderado que actúe con temeridad o mala fe se le impondrá la condena de que trata el artículo anterior y la de pagar las costas del proceso, incidente, trámite especial que lo sustituya, o recurso. Dicha condena será solidaria si el poderdante también obró con temeridad o mala fe. El juez impondrá a cada uno, multa de diez a veinte salarios mínimos mensuales. Copia de lo pertinente se remitirá a la autoridad que corresponda, con el fin de que adelante la investigación disciplinaria al abogado por faltas a la ética profesional.
