El Gobierno queda autorizado para adquirir, urbanizar y vender posteriormente, a precio de costo, los terrenos aledaños a los rellenados, que sean.urbanizables, y para fijar la valorización que se derive de estas obras, y reglamentar el cobro de la respectiva valorización, si la hubiere de propiedades privadas.
