°. Reserva en el manejo de la información. Los organismos de dirección, vigilancia y control y los obligados a mantener y reportar la información a que se refiere el presente decreto, así como quienes se encuentren autorizados para su procesamiento, deberán observar la reserva con que aquella debe manejarse y utilizarla única y exclusivamente para los propósitos del registro nacional de pacientes que padecen enfermedades huérfanas dentro de sus respectivas competencias.
