ARTICULO 36 . PERSONAL. Los integrantes de las empresas de transporte de valores, facultados para emplear armas de fuego, o cualquier elemento de vigilancia y seguridad, se denominan tripulantes, vigilantes y escoltas, según la función que desempeñen. Este personal deberá portar el uniforme que determine el Gobierno Nacional en los términos del artículo 103 de este Decreto.
