Cuantía de la pensión . El valor mensual de la pensión de retiro por vejez será equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del último salario devengado mensualmente por el beneficiario, más el dos por ciento (2%) del citado salario por cada año de servicios prestados, continua o discontinuamente, en entidades de derecho público, establecimientos públicos, empresas oficiales y sociedades de economía mixta. El monto correspondiente se distribuirá en proporción al tiempo servido en cada una de aquellas entidades, establecimientos, empresas o sociedades de economía mixta.
