°. Areas. Para efectos de organizar la capacitación, tanto los diagnósticos de necesidades como los planes y programas correspondientes se organizarán teniendo en cuenta dos áreas funcionales

Misional o técnica. Integran esta área las dependencias cuyos productos o servicios constituyen la razón de ser de la entidad. Sus clientes o usuarios son externos a la entidad;

De gestión. Esta área está constituida por las dependencias que tienen por objeto suministrar los bienes y los servicios que requiere internamente la entidad para su adecuado funcionamiento.
