Artículo único . Convócase el Congreso Nacional a sesiones extraordinarias, por tiempo indefinido, a partir del día 15 del próximo mes de mayo. El Congreso se ocupará en dichas sesiones de los asuntos que oportunamente le someta el Gobierno. Comuníquese y publíquese.
