Article 17

La Infracción De Las Disposiciones Contenidas En Los Tres Artículos Anteriores Se Castigará Por La Primera Vez Con Una Multa De Cincuenta Pesos ($ 50), Y En Las Siguientes Se Irá Duplicando Por Cada Reincidencia

La infracción de las disposiciones contenidas en los tres artículos anteriores se castigará por la primera vez con una multa de cincuenta pesos ($ 50), y en las siguientes se irá duplicando por cada reincidencia.

Parágrafo

Las multas de que trata este artículo se impondrán por el Alcalde respectivo, ingresarán al Tesoro del respectivo Municipio, son convertibles por el Alcalde en arresto a razón de dos pesos ($ 2) por cada día, deberán ser consignadas dentro del tercero día siguiente a la notificación, y contra las resoluciones que las imponen no queda más recurso que el de queja.
