Delegaciones Departamentales y Distritales de Bomberos. Las delegaciones Departamentales y Distritales de Bomberos son organismos asesores de los departamentos y los distritos en materia de seguridad contraincendios e interlocutores de los Cuerpos de Bomberos.

Las Delegaciones Departamentales y Distritales de Bomberos estarán integradas por los cuerpos de bomberos que funcionen en la respectiva entidad territorial departamental y tendrán una Junta Directiva que actuará en su nombre y le representará en todo concepto, por períodos anuales.
