El artículo 42 del Decreto 700 quedará así: Artículo 42. En los casos a que se refiere el artículo 89 de este Decreto, el funcionario instructor en el auto cabeza de proceso, a más de decretar el avalúo Decreto la mercancía, solicitará concepto a la Junta General de Aduanas sobre la clasificación que corresponda a la mercancía o sobre el precio de la misma, según el caso. El concepto solicitado deberá ser rendido en término no mayor de diez (10) días.
