El cincuenta por ciento (50 %) de lo que se recaude en la Sección respectiva por concepto de lo dispuesto en esta Ley, deberá destinarse para fortalecer las asociaciones cacaoteras ya existentes, o que hayan solicitado la personería jurídica antes del 30 de septiembre de 1963 o a los Comités Cacaoteros que lleguen a organizarse por parte de la Federación y de acuerdo con sus estatutos.
