Certificaciones . Los secretarios de los despachos judiciales pueden expedir certificaciones sobre la existencia de procesos, el estado de los mismos y la ejecutoria de providencias sin necesidad de auto que las ordene. El juez expedirá certificaciones sobre hechos ocurridos en su presencia y en ejercicio de sus funciones de que no haya constancia escrita; también en los demás casos autorizados por la ley.
