Ley 92 de 1938 · Por la cual se dictan algunas disposiciones sobre registro civil y cementerios

Autorizase al Gobierno para abrir los créditos que sean necesarios a fin de cubrir las asignacio nes de los funcionarios y empleados que deben crearse en orden al cumplimiento de las disposiciones de los Códigos a que se refiere el articulo anterior, hacer los gastos que demanden la instalación y funcionamiento de las oficinas respectivas y atender a lo dispuesto en el articulo 4º de la Ley 205 de 1936.

Parágrafo

Las autorizaciones a que se contraen los tres anteriores artículos regirán desde la sanción de la presente Ley.
