° Las ventas que haga el almacén nacional de drogas, serán de riguroso contado cuando se verifiquen directamente al público, y todos los valores que entren a la caja serán depositados diariamente en la Tesorería General de la República, en una cuenta especial que tal institución abrirá para ello, observando para el giro los requisitos que establezcan la Contraloría General.
