Art. 1°. El Gobierno procederá a hacer deslindar los lagos, lagunas, cienagas y pantanos de propiedad nacional. de los predior ribereños pertenecientes a particulares.

Parágrafo

para los efectos del deslinde de que trata el presente arículo, se declaran de propiedad de la Nación los terrenos que hayan estado innundados u ocupados por las aguas en los ultimos diez años.
