"Articulo 39. Correo. El correo que llegara a bordo de naves se descargara por los Administradores y en presencia de Contador del buque o su representante lo entregara a los funcionarios del gobierno. El correo saliente se recibirá por el Contador del buque al costado de la nave, después de lo cual los Administradores lo embarcarán.
