La pena impuesta por el Gobernador se llevará inmediatamente a cabo, si fuere la de suspensión del periódico y se refiere a los delitos especificados en los ordinales 1°, 2°, 3°, 7°, 8°, 13, 16 y 17 del artículo 32. En los demás casos deberá aguardarse la decisión del tribunal o del Consejo de Estado, si el Tribunal revoca la resolución del gobernador.
