Las personas que dependan económicamente de los pensionados del sector privado, tendrán derecho a disfrutar de los servicios médicos asistenciales, quirúrgicos, hospitalarios y odontológicos que los patronos o empresas tengan establecidos o establezcan para sus trabajadores en actividad, mediante el cumplimiento de las obligaciones sobre aportes a cargo de los beneficiarios de tales servicios.
