Establécese un recargo del 20% en el monto de lo que las personas naturales y jurídicas sujetas al impuesto adicional sobre exceso de utilidades paguen por este concepto. Este recargo se cobrará por primera vez en el año de 1943, sobre los excesos de utilidades realizados en el año gravable de 1942.

Parágrafo

El recargo establecido por este artículo se contabilizará separadamente del impuesto sobre la renta, en la forma que determine la Contraloría General de la República, para el efecto de la destinación especial de que trata el ordinal e) del artículo 3º del presente Decreto
