Artículo segundo. Si un mismo agente comete a la vez delitos comunes, en conexidad con los delitos contemplados en los decretos números 3416 de 1955 y 141 de 1947, así como con el uso indebido de uniformes e insignias militares, se sacara copia de lo conducente para que la justicia ordinaria conozca del delito común.
