° . Como requisito previo para el pago del auxilio nacional de que trata la Ley 93 de 1940, la junta creada por el artículo 3° determinará, por medio de resolución, la obra u obras que haya de invertirse el auxilio, enviando copia de esta disposición al Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
