La autoridad podrá ordenar la desocupación de una casa que sea foco de alguna enfermedad contagiosa o que amenace la salubridad pública. Dicho inmueble no podrá habitarse de nuevo sino cuando haya desaparecido de él todo peligro por haberse practicado la desinfección y demás medidas que las autoridades sanitarias ordenen.
