º. Declárase de utilidad pública e interés social la adquisición de bienes que requiere la Corporación para el cumplimiento de las funciones que se le han asignado por esta Ley, y facúltase a la Corporación para adelantar el procedimiento de expropiación de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes.
