Art. 6º. Cuando llegue el caso de reunirse una Asamblea Nacional para reformar la Constitución, cesará el período constitucional del Congreso que haya sido elegido antes, y ejercerá las funciones legislativas de éste la Asamblea Nacional desde la fecha de la instalación hasta el fin del período constitucional del Congreso sustituido.
