En desarrollo de lo dispuesto por el Decreto 1157 del año en curso, sobre fomento de la economía nacional, el Gobierno procederá a adquirir para la Nación acciones en la Cooperativa Tabacalera de Santander, por la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) anuales, por el término de cuatro años, contados desde la vigencia e la presente Ley.
