Restricción de gastos . El Instituto se ceñirá en el cumplimiento de sus funciones al decreto-ley que lo creo y a sus estatutos, y no podrá desarrollar actividades o ejecutar actos distintos de los allí previstos, ni destinar cualquier parte de sus bienes y recursos para fines diferentes de los contemplados en el decreto-ley o en los estatutos.
