Art. 4.º Para que esta lei tenga efecto, es condicion indispensable que los señores C. Hawer Simmonds & C.ª, o su apoderado, la acepten renunciando a otra cualquiera pretension sobre reclamos por intereses de demora &c. de los capitales e intereses que se le hayan pagado i se le paguen a virtud de la presente lei.
