Modifíquese el artículo 11.3.14.1.4 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 11.3.14.1.4 Actuaciones administrativas. Las actuaciones administrativas del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras-FOGAFIN se sujetarán a las normas especiales de procedimiento previstas en el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo y demás normas concordantes.".
