El personal de las Legaciones de primera clase será de un Ministro, un Secretario y un Adjunto; el de las de segunda de un Ministro y un Secretario, y el de las de tercera de un Ministro y un Adjunto.

1.° Las Legaciones de primera y segunda clase podrán tener el número de empleados ad honorem que crea conveniente el Poder Ejecutivo.

2.º El personal de la Legación de España constará de un Ministro, un Secretario y dos Adjuntos.
