Art. 156. Como cada una de estas Facultades necesita de autonomía para su desarrollo y debido funcionamiento, el Gobierno intervendrá en ellas más como patrono que como responsable de su régimen interno, y para garantizarles su independencia y su medio de acción, procurará que cada una tenga su local y rentas propias.
