El Gobierno dictara las medidas conducentes para el eficaz cumplimiento de esta Ley. La demarcación de los baldíos cedidos se hará en lotes separados, que señalara la Junta Administradora de la vía de Barrancabermeja, según las necesidades del tránsito del comercio.
